OmniConvert is a powerful unit and currency converter focused on functionality, usability, and speed. It is completely free, supports a wide variety of conversion categories, and works offline. Exchange rates are updated in real-time (when connected to the internet) and all 166 major world currencies are supported. There are no conversion limits or size restrictions, and it even comes with a dark mode!
OmniConvert offers an additional selection of useful calculators (e.g. salary, gratuity, baking) along with compilations of common scientific constants relevant to fields like physics and chemistry.

Alas, the day I dreaded has finally come. OmniConvert has been ad-free for the past 3+ years as a passion project from my college years, but as life got busy this app took a backseat. With v2.0.1 I'm introducing non-intrusive banner ads at the bottom of the screen, which will support app maintenance and updates for years to come.
This new version also fixes a few bugs (the Baking category is now functional!) and enhances overall app performance.
To the loyal OmniConvert users, thank you so much for your ongoing support! I'm hoping to keep these changes as unobtrusive as possible while still providing the best unit + currency conversion experience in the App Store. Please drop me a note in the app "Feedback" page if you'd like to share any thoughts about these changes - I'm always open for feedback/criticism.

Apologies for the wait - it's been a long time since I last touched this app. Since OmniConvert's last update in March (v1.2.3), I've graduated from college, traveled Europe for a month, and started my career as a software developer!
Thank you to everyone who has submitted user feedback - most of the additional features in this update come directly from user-submitted feature requests. You can submit your own feature requests using the "Contact Me" option at the bottom of the home screen. All feedback is greatly appreciated!
New Categories:
This version adds 2 new categories that will appeal to car-enthusiasts and mechanics alike - Torque and Gas conversions. Whether you're converting from Newton-meters to foot-pounds, or mpg to km/l - OmniConvert now has you covered.
Data Category:
Special thanks to Tarun for this request - we've finally added "bit" equivalents to the Data category! For the WiFi speed-testers and networking fiends, OmniConvert now has support for kilobits, megabits, gigabits, terabits, and petabits.
